Frères des Hommes: born to cooperate

Fréres des Hommes is a non governmental organisation (N.G.O.) of international cooperation born in 1965.

Nowadays it's present in Belgium, France, Italy and Luxembourg.

It acts in Asia, Latin America and Africa with local partners (local groups and associations) in the viewpoint of international solidarity, promoting exchanges, development programs and projects, in favour of more disadvantage people and it works in Europe through exchanges and educational initiatives and campaigns to develop people's awareness.

Beyond the emergency in the south of the world: acting to change

Since its birth the Association' s goals have been aimed to the development of local communities in the view of the growth of social base, far from a logic of assistance and emergency.

Its activities are conceived and led directly in partnership with organized groups, movements and local N.G.O.

The sectors of intervention are: human rights, the rural development and social economy, the protection of the environment and the processes of the democratic participation.
